Smile-inducing cards!

A few weeks ago I made cards using this wonderful Art Impressions stamp (his name is Hollis). Used an old calendar page, and some leftover brick background paper and made another one of the cards to enter into a challenge that focuses on humor. Hollis is a funny guy!

I have several friends that are beekeepers, so I enjoy making bee and honey themed cards. For this one I stenciled the background and added several layers of paper, plus a few strands of raffia so that it could be entered into a few challenges.

Another card for dad made with subway art. A string of ribbon scraps make a nice banner with sheen. This free digi is from paulaposts.blogspot.com/2013/06/gallery-idol-2013-round-2-defining-dad.html
